Or, rest for a minute, write minute notes in the margins, explicit drawings, doodle walk. Run, set, well, spring, waters, deep, down. Right! Draw your own conclusions away from centers of power. The Fairy Queen will offer an apple that gives you a tongue that cannot lie Or, stay in the shallow depths, scared stiff, searching for keys, lost in drouthy waters. Mississippi Burning, Kelpies overtaken by the ebbing tide, Selkies turning their back to the sun, because the light is blinding. Will o the wisp, nimble lights bringing second sight.
Or, face up to the moon, our first stone circle, climb Cairn’o’Mohr Mountain. Climate. Can we weather this storm. Can you believe this weather? Season of Ghosts makes your blood run cold. Baltic. Sun, snow, sleet, fog blankets, wind, and wind up, tear up, tearing up.
Or, cry out. Howl like a banshee.
Or forever, hud yer wheesht.
